Worried about seniors with dementia symptoms? New toll free phone line available

Do you know a senior who lives at home and is demonstrating signs for memory loss?  Alzheimer Society of BC has launched a provincial dementia helpline.

The intention of the phone line is to help anyone who lives with dementia or is a care giver to someone who does.  It is also available to anyone who has concerns about memory and would like more information.  You can learn what resources are available to you and your loved one.  It can also provide guidance towards resources which can help your loved one to deal with living with dementia.

Call the First Link Dementia Helpline at 1-800-936-6033 or visit alzheimerbc.org for more information.
