Happiness at Home Health care Inc. (HAHC) is the premier non-medical home care agency in the Fraser Valley area, providing a wide range of in-home care services. Happiness at Home Health Care is a locally-owned and operated company and is passionate about serving seniors and those in need throughout Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Tsawwassen, and Richmond. Established in 2011, HAHC primary goal is to provide a high quality of service to both seniors and their families.
Our head office is located in South Surrey, though you will rarely find us there. As we are a mobile business, most prospective clients (and current clients) wish for us to meet them in their home. Usually meeting with both the children of our senior client and the senior(s), it is most convenient for you to have our Care Manager meet at your home location. If your preference is to meet at the office, we are flexible to meet your request.
Our focus is to keep you or your loved ones at home, where their hearts are, and avoid loss of friends and possessions, loss of independence and freedom, and loss of spirit which is drained by the battles of daily living. Our caring service makes it possible for the elderly to maintain as much independence as possible, by providing the appropriate in-home assistance and companionship. We pride ourselves on matching highly qualified, compassionate caregivers to fit the personality, interests, and sense of humor of your loved ones.
Frank is our Director, Client Care and he has been with HAHC since it was established. A naturally friend person, he enjoys meeting and having chats with both senior clients and their families. Frank’s responsibilities include conducting the first assessment in a client’s home, finding the best caregiver for your needs, ensuring a quality experience for all clients and their families. You will find Frank rarely in the office as he is checking in with clients ensuring expectations are met. When Frank isn’t busy being Director, Client Care, he serves on committees which support the community. He is also an active member of the Surrey Board of Trade.
Mary is our Director, Marketing and Communications and has been with HAHC since it was established. Originally, Mary served in a consulting and advisory capacity, then in October 2016, joined the team, focussing her efforts on increasing market awareness, sales strategies, new strategic alliances, finance, and general administration. Occasionally, you will hear Mary’s voice on the phone when you call into our main office. Mary is active when she’s away from HAHC – she is a board member with the Better Business Bureau Mainland BC, a volunteer for Seniors Come Share Society (Phone tree program), and an active member of the Surrey Board of Trade.
