On Thursday, May 24th, the Seniors Come Share Society (SCSS) in conjunction with the White Rock Chamber of Commerce hosted a networking event for local businesses in the south Surrey / White Rock area. The intention of the meeting was for like-minded business people (both profit and not-for-profit) to get together meet and share information on their products and services. The evening began at 5 pm at the SCSS location in South Surrey and ended shortly after 7 pm. Short presentations were made by Sue McIntosh and Louise Tremblay. Several door prizes were offered by sponsors and awarded. A sociable, and fun evening was had by all! Seniors Come Share Society is a not-for-profit organization, established in 1977 providing for Seniors in Surrey and White Rock.
