The goal of our programs is to help aging seniors maintain their independence and to empower them to make their own decisions about their lives. Programs include care give support, community lunches, volunteer programs, and information and referrals.
Day programs offer specialized care within a supportive, nurturing environment, ensuring the elderly feel valued and respected in a safe environment. The Day Programs focus on the needs of seniors have a variety of health, physical, or cognitive related issues. Seniors are offered a variety of recreational programs, opportunities to socialize with peers, exercises that strengthen and promote safety, and health monitoring.
It’s part of our values as a company to be supporting the community where we do business. Many of our senior clients and their families find us through our ties to the Seniors Come Share Society’s directory. HAHC wants to build strong, long-term relationships with key non-profit and charitable organizations supporting seniors. We have attended events hosted at the Come Share office located in South Surrey. We recommend events and day programs to our clients. In the future, we look forward to doing more work to support this key senior organization.
