On March 23rd, Seniors Come Share Society hosted a public seminar on Fraser Health – Home Health and its services it offers. HAHC was in attendance at this informative seminar, presented by 2 case managers from Home Health.
Home Health provides a wide range of health care services to help individuals whose independence is affected by short- or long-term health-related issues. It also provides assessment for Home Support Services, Long-Term Care placement or Home Nursing Care. Anyone can ask for an assessment for family members or themselves.
It is reassuring to know that there are many services available to seniors and the community such as Home Health offers.
