Hard to believe 10 years ago, Frank and Mary Moravec, decided to venture into the world of home care support. Some of the greatest memories are when a client has fully recovered from a stroke or feels stronger or more at ease with their care giver. Or what started as a business relationship turns into more of a friendship as time passed. Such a diverse mix of clients, family members, and care givers have walked through our door. Hearing “Thank you for all you are doing. We appreciate it so much” never gets tiresome. Happiness at Home Health care has experienced many positive outcomes of the years.
The business has known ups but also downs in the past decade. What has been the most challenging? Dealing with the pandemic of course. Keeping everyone informed on the latest changes in the business and also in the pandemic itself. Getting the personal protective equipment in stock, ensuring all care givers have the needed PPE on hand consistently, and working with clients and their families to keep everyone healthy.
As the pandemic begins to wind down and restrictions start to relax, Frank and Mary look forward to a continuing bright future and helping more clients and their families for years to come. Thanks to all who have been on this journey with us.
